Directives deals heavily with guitars, often lo-fi cassette recorded & put through / alongside digital manipulation & misc. analog equipment. Field recordings, other sounds & instruments are sometimes also at play. D. Petri also operates the Aubjects label & worked similarly with guitars, manipulations & mixing in the duo Dog Hallucination & the quartet Amalgamated.
